Cluster Manager – RTLB Cluster 5, West Auckland
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to join RTLB Cluster 5 as our Cluster Manager.
This role calls for a highly relational leader who prioritises collaborative leadership, wellbeing, and strategic direction, and operates within a high-trust model that empowers others and avoids micromanagement.
The successful applicant will be a NZ registered teacher with proven experience leading teams and a strong understanding of RTLB practice. You will lead and support Practice Leaders and RTLB, build confidence across the cluster, and work closely with principals, school clusters, the Ministry of Education, and other agencies to ensure inclusive and equitable outcomes for tamariki.
We are looking for someone who:

- Communicates clearly, honestly, and effectively
- Is culturally responsive and grounded in the community
- Thinks strategically and acts proactively
- Is approachable, reflective, and able to lead courageous, mana-enhancing conversations
A full driver’s licence and use of your own vehicle is essential.
